Who we email

Business professionals, at their work email address, by name, about something relevant to their role. We never email personal or consumer addresses, and every address is verified before we use it.

How much we send

Each of our mailboxes sends a small number of messages a day. We do not send bulk blasts.

Stopping is easy

Reply to any email from us asking us to stop, or write to jay@warmclose.ai, and we stop. Your address goes on our suppression list, which we check before every campaign.

Our domains

Besides warmclose.ai, we send from a set of secondary domains. Those domains are used only as sender addresses. We never advertise them, and our messages never link to them.

No one else sends for us

We have no affiliate program. No one else is permitted to promote WarmClose, warmclose.ai or any of our domains by email. If you see that happen, tell us and we will act on it.

Report a problem

Write to jay@warmclose.ai. A person reads every message.
